• Availability of products is subject to stock. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment options include:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We reserve the right to revise product prices at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Orders & Confirmation

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

• Orders may be cancelled by us if:

  • The product is unavailable.

  • Payment is not authorized.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Saaj.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or strikes.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Certain items (e.g., undergarments, customized products, sale items) are non-returnable.

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, as per company policy.
